Scott is known for putting guests on quality birds in carefully selected private duck holes and cooking up some fabulous breakfast like his legendary Texas Egg Breakfast Sandwiches, featuring Texas eggs, sausage, cheese, and Texas toast. You'll hear plenty of stories, laughs, but don't be confused, Scott is focused on providing a fun experience that's safe, productive, and of course unforgettable.
